Execute sales strategy and initiate contact with existing and potential new customers to maintain business partnerships with the Multi-Family Housing, Real Estate, Office Project and other targeted industries to identify their needs and market appropriate CORT products and services to meet those needs.


Entry level marketing and sales position focusing on effective sales/marketing to existing and potential new referral sources and customers.   Targeted industries include Multi-Family Housing, Residential Real Estate, and other specific targets established by the team.  The goal is to market appropriate CORT products and services in an impactful way so as to influence referrals and business. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of CORT's array of products and services and its application and benefit to referral sources.
  • Establish new and grow current relationships within targeted industries through face to face meetings, and marketing campaigns.   Marketing and sales efforts focused on leasing agents and Manager’s at Residential rental buildings, multi-housing customers, and Residential Real Estate Brokers.

  • Applying CORT’s full range of products and services to their goals.

    Coordinate work by communicating and collaborating with Sales Account Representatives and Inside Sales Teams.

    • Generate new business opportunities through referrals. (A result of a consistent sales and marketing approach utilizing marketing efforts, referral incentives and networking)

    • Increase current monthly referrals from an average of 42 per month to 60 per month.

    • Utilize computer and Salesforce (CRM) to manage contact information, schedule, email communication, customer research, and internal communications.
  • 1-3 years supporting management as well as managing others.
