Job Description

We are looking for someone with an infectious passion for nurturing business relationships to join our world-class marketing organization. This person will be part of a team that is responsible for connecting to the hearts and minds of both potential and existing customers, creating personalized customer experiences and inspire engagement at every turn.

This person will have experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels with the focus on providing an excellent experience for our different target audience personas. Target audiences include both B2C and B2B customers and this person will need to be well versed in how to reach each. This person will have a background in all aspects of marketing including a keen understanding in the latest digital, email and CRM marketing technologies and practices. The successful candidate should have a strong combination of marketing creative capabilities, analytical prowess, technical aptitude and business judgement. He/she is focused on business results, is a self-starter and has a demonstrated success in using analytics to drive a better understanding of our business and customers, and ultimately to enable significant growth.


• Support local and national marketing efforts, as assigned, including development of marketing material for targeted customer segments, ensuring they are on-brand and support sales messaging strategy
• Act as point person for field sales requests, trade show needs, sales promotions, etc.
• Attend sales meetings and participate in sales training efforts
• Write creative briefs; work directly with creative/PR agencies to develop material
• Act as point person in communications between stakeholders, sales personnel and internal teams
• Provide campaign analysis, including recommendations to improve performance, more efficient budget utilization and develop best practices


• College degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communication or Journalism (required)
• 3-5 years in a marketing role
• Proven success in strategic and tactical development of marketing campaigns
• Digital and traditional marketing experience (required)
• Experience with CRM Systems, campaign development (required; Salesforce experience preferred.)
• Strong, demonstrated skills at copy-writing
• Understanding of email and social media marketing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to respond to shifting priorities; manage projects independently
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Light travel is possible
