Rental Consultants spend their days helping people who are in transition by assisting them in selecting furniture, arranging for delivery and pick up, answering questions from those that want to learn more about what CORT does, and aiding people at a time when they need a friendly face and pleasant voice on the phone.



Who You Are:

CORT is looking for an enthusiastic Rental Consultant-Inside Sales person to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a team member who can build client relationships, support our outside sales teams, and generate furniture rental agreements in the showroom, on the telephone, email, social media, and with our on-line customers.

  •  Minimum of 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Consultative selling approach/style
  • Successful track record of accomplishing and exceeding monthly goals
  • Computer proficiency skills
  • Excellent communication and reasoning skills
  • Spirit and a \u2018can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week with varied hours/days to provide support for showroom, sales events, meetings, networking functions, etc. 

If you possess the following, it’s an added bonus (but not required):

  • Experience With CRM (experience with Salesforce is a plus)
  • Experience in the Real Estate, Property Management or Furniture Industry
